Articulation Agreements Policies and Processes (with other USG or TCSG institutions)

Steps in Developing an Articulation Agreement between KSU and a Two-Year Institution: 

  • Step 1- Contact the Department Chair of the two-year institution to initiate articulation agreement discussions 
  • Step 2- Working with the Department Chair of the two-year institution, complete the following documents:
  • Step 3- Contact the Associate VP for Curriculum or the Associate Registrar to schedule a meeting of all parties to review the Program-Specific Articulation Agreement and Course Equivalency Chart
  • Step 4- The Associate VP for Curriculum will send the final documents to the Presidents and Provosts at both institutions for their signatures approving the agreement
  • Step 5- The Executive Assistant to the Provost will send all parties final copies of the Program-Specific Articulation Agreement and Course Equivalency Chart.
