2+2 Agreements Policies and Processes (with other USG institutions)

Steps in Developing a 2+2 Agreement between KSU and a Two-Year Institution: 

  • Step 1- Contact the Department Chair of the two-year institution to initiate 2+2 agreement discussions
  • Step 2- Working with the Department Chair of the two-year institution, complete the following documents:
  • Step 3- Contact the Associate VP for Curriculum to request a letter of support from the President/Provost of any institution in close proximity to the site where the 2+2 program will be offered, if applicable 
  • Step 4- The Associate VP for Curriculum will send the USG External Degree Offering of an Approved Program at an Existing Board Approved Instructional Location form and letter of support, if applicable, to the system office for administrative approval
  • Step 5- The Associate VP for Curriculum will send all parties notification when the 2+2 program is approved by the system office.
